It is important to know the process of teeth whitening and how it works and what is involved with it. There are two ways, in which the teeth whitening can be performed with bleach based chemical or a non-bleach based chemical. These two ways can be performed at your home if you do have money or else it will better at a dentist’s office. These are some important facts to be considered when you looking at each process:

You can purchase necessary tools from retail stores for non-bleach Procedures. For example you can buy the whitening strips and high-end toothpastes that promise a teeth whitening finish. Even these tools are also used by dentists when you go for your annual cleaning. In fact you can escape from hard brushing with a good amount of dedication to get white teeth at your home.

Bleaching Procedures can improve the shade of your teeth from four to eight shades but it may be costly. These are given a potent punch to whiten your teeth with a slight concentration of bleach. You can get these non-bleach whiteners in the decent price of $1,000 from the stores. There are different types of bleaching procedures:

1. Commonly the dentist uses this Light-activated teeth whitening to cause a quick and remarkable change in teeth color. This teeth whitening procedure can cost around $500 at a dentist’s office, but usually requires a yearly renewal to keep the teeth white.

2. Some dentists will create a custom mouthpiece for an individual to use to help in the teeth whitening process. This mouthpiece is worn for a certain period of time, causing the teeth to become white. This is usually around $300 for the procedure and the device.
